Interfoam are experts in the manufacture of high quality integral skin, semi-rigid and rigid moulded foam parts for use within the aircraft, automotive and office furniture industries. These foam systems are designed to meet industry known specifications such as foam density, abrasion criteria and burn test standards as well as customer driven requirements including individual part hardness values and part colouring. With our in-house pattern shop we can provide a complete package from part design through tooling and into production.
Parts manufactured using integral skin foam systems are by design tough, durable and resilient and Interfoam can manufacture mouldings to meet the following criteria:
- JAR 25 App. F Part 1 (a) (1) (ii) - Aircraft interior burn test.
- FMVSS 302.
- Surface texture finish.
- Reinforcing plates moulded in.
- Pigmented to customer colour requirements.
- Agreed part hardness.
With the ability to source a range of inserts, Interfoam can supply a complete product package.
